attend events organized by Deidaa ambassadors, please register your

You can. Deidaa tries to describe a product as accurately as possible. However, if you would like additional information regarding a product or additional photographs of a product, post a request on the ‘Contact Deidaa’ page or send a request to info@deidaa.com. What is your return policy?

All Deidaa products come with a 21 day return guarantee. Any returned item must be received by us within this time. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
You may either exchange the item or request a full refund. Delivery charges, if any, will not be refunded in case of a return and return postage is at the sender`s expense - should you request replacements for
returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. Deidaa uses and strongly recommends registered post to ensure your goods arrives in perfect condition! |

Who pays duties/taxes at port of destination? |

Deidaa urges overseas buyers to check before purchasing whether you will be charged duties/taxes for imported goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay duties/taxes that may occur at port of destination. Please call you local customs department for information. |
